Onward 80 Debut - Three Major Highlights in One Glance

The event will kick off with an opening ceremony press conference and awards ceremony. Led by LCIA Chairman Huang, the ceremony will declare the breakthroughs and vision for the next year in the low-carbon industrial chain and award forward-thinking members who have completed carbon assessment reports. Following this, the Low Carbon Transformation Forum will take place, with the morning session discussing how small and medium-sized enterprises can initiate low-carbon transformation, focusing on financial and digital aspects in planning and assessing the resources required for the transformation process. The afternoon session will feature practical experiences in low-carbon transformation, sharing insights on topics such as net-zero transformation, low-carbon manufacturing, and carbon credits. Through dialogues on carbon reduction methodologies and practical experiences, the forum aims to guide small and medium-sized enterprises towards a future of green change.

Two main exhibition areas will be set up at the event: the "Service Content Area" where LCIA will provide greenhouse gas assessment consultations, introduce the 2024 sustainable workshop plan, and allow hands-on experience with the digital tool "Carbon Intelligence"; and the "Resource Area" expected to showcase member carbon reduction stories, with companies sharing their frontline experiences in implementing low-carbon transformation. In addition, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Metal Industries Research and Development Center, and the Taichung City Government Ethic Department will be present to offer on-site guidance on the latest low-carbon technologies and green energy solutions.Event Preview- Onward 80 Low Carbon Joint Achievements Exhibition Set to Debut in December
