The event brought together 56 participants from 36 companies across the foundry industry and received positive feedback from participants.

We were honored to have Mr. Tsuyoshi Ohno from Sintokogio as our keynote speaker. He provided an in-depth explanation of the importance and necessity of proper sand management, while sharing extensive hands-on experience from real production environments.

His presentation covered essential topics such as sand stability control, interpretation of testing parameters, and practical troubleshooting techniques, giving attendees a comprehensive understanding of the critical role sand management plays in foundry operations.

The program also included a live demonstration of the GDST sand testing machine, giving guests the opportunity to experience its functions and testing process firsthand.

Through this hands-on session, participants gained clearer insight into how the GDST can improve testing efficiency and ensure sand consistency, while also gaining a better understanding of the key advantages this equipment offers.
